It’s light & has a mild mouth feel for excellent balance. This champagne is perfect for champagne lovers that prefer a light & delicate touch to their bubbly.
Catalunya Region, Spain. This lovely bright pale straw-coloured cava is medium bodied with steadily rising fine streams of bubbles. On the nose, it has a pronounced rich appley scent whereas on the palate it shows good structure & excellent balance between ripe fruit & acidity.
